We are very fortunate in these difficult times to be able to continue to provide all your sewing tools and notions along with maintaining our great customer service. We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we are closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have taken the decision to have keep all our staff working remotely as best they can. Katherine & Graham will come into the office each day to process orders so that they can be collected by Royal Mail or DPD each day. This is being done with appropriate precautions for everyone.
We have temporarily closed our Studio, but we are still open online 24/7, where service remains uninterrupted. You can also find us on our social channels to keep updated.
We have a large amount of stock, we will try to keep the website fully up to date and any stock reminder emails will be taken into consideration when we are able to order again. Unfortunately, some of our suppliers are closed, shipping from abroad (especially USA) may be difficult even when suppliers are open again.

We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
