Hobbs Heirloom Premium 100% Wool Batting is widely regarded as one of the finest wool battings available, combining a unique resin bonding process with super-washed wool for a soft, luxurious feel. Wool breathes naturally, acts as an insulator in both summer and winter, and needles beautifully by hand or machine.

The super-washing process smooths the wool fibre scales, making this batting pleasant to the touch and resistant to shrinkage. It maintains loft, resists bearding and migration, and brings out the best in your piecing and stitching. Note: best paired with medium or dark fabrics, as natural wool may slightly darken white or light-coloured fabrics.
