I just wanted to say how glad I am that I chose Quilt Direct to buy my Bernina 570QEE from.

I was unsure about this to start with, as Quilt Direct is so far from me. I needn’t have been concerned, as when I had problems with my machine Quilt Direct arranged for it to be collected and returned to me.

I have spoken to them on the phone and Katherine even video called me when I needed help, they are all so friendly and helpful.

It was also a good excuse to have a holiday in Devon so I could have the training that came with the machine!
