EU Deliveries

The following charges will be added to your total order value to cover courier, packaging and insurance. You will not be charged UK VAT, but you may have to pay any VAT & duty to your local customs office before the goods are released.

Please note that the courier will return the parcel to us if the taxes due are not paid.  In this case, we will not be able to re-send the parcel to you but will refund you the cost of goods less the cost of the courier charges we incur.

We try our very best to despatch orders on the day we receive them. The earlier in the day we receive your order, the better the chance of it being despatched that day. Our orders are collected at 3.00 pm Monday to Friday, orders received after noon may be despatched the following working day. 

Delivery Times
Quilt Direct is dedicated to providing a high level of service to our customers. We are a family run business and therefore our attention to detail is very high, and we try our absolute best to meet our customers' requirements. All orders are carefully packaged so that they reach you in the perfect condition it left us.

Priority Processing

(Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We recommend this service if your order is urgent. We will prioritise your order processing and send it out the same day to be delivered the next working day.  We need to receive your order by noon.

If you have any special delivery requirements, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help!

Damaged Goods

Within 7 working days of receiving your delivery, you must inform us to make a prompt claim against the courier if they are damaged in transit.  Please quote your order or invoice number in all correspondence. If you experience any problems with the courier, we would be grateful to receive any feedback.
Please ensure that your delivery postcode is 100% accurate and that you include either a house number or name.

e're unable to specify a time for deliveries. Delivery can take place anytime between 8 am and 6 pm.  DPD send an SMS message to you with an hour timeslot for delivery the morning of delivery or the choice of rearranging if not convenient. 

Lost Deliveries
If you think your parcel has been lost in transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so we can investigate.  All our deliveries are tracked by Royal Mail or DPD.

Backorders
Sometimes despatch can be delayed because we are waiting for stock. If the despatch is going to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
We will back order missing item(s) and forward them to you without further delivery charges as soon as they arrive.
