At Quilt Direct, we're a family-run business dedicated to providing a high level of service. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, and wherever possible, we use recycled packaging materials. We aim to dispatch your order the same day we receive it.

EU Deliveries: Important Notice: European Union Shipping Temporarily Suspended
Effective 19 June 2026, Quilt Direct has temporarily suspended shipping to European Union member states.
This decision has been made in response to EU Directive 2023/2673, which comes into full effect on 19 June 2026. This Directive imposes significant compliance obligations on non-EU businesses supplying goods to EU consumers, and as a UK-based business operating post-Brexit, we are currently reviewing what is required to meet these obligations.
We hope to resume EU shipping in due course and will update this page as soon as we are able.

In the meantime, if you are based in the EU and would still like to purchase from us, we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with a list of the items you wish to purchase and we will do our best to help.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders on the day we receive them. The earlier in the day your order is placed, the better the chance of same-day dispatch. Orders are collected at 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Orders received after noon may be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery Times
We are unable to specify a delivery time. Deliveries can take place anytime between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. DPD will send you an SMS on the morning of delivery with a one-hour time slot, along with the option to rearrange if the time is inconvenient.
Priority Processing
Available Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We recommend this service if your order is urgent. We will prioritise your order and dispatch it the same day for next-working-day delivery. Orders must be received by noon.

Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please inform us within 7 working days of receiving your delivery so that we can make a prompt claim against the courier. Please quote your order or invoice number in all correspondence. Any feedback about courier issues is also gratefully received.
Please ensure your delivery postcode is 100% accurate and that you include either a house number or name.
Lost Deliveries
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please get in touch and we will investigate. All deliveries are tracked via Royal Mail or DPD.
Backorders
Occasionally, dispatch may be delayed while we await stock. If this affects your order, we will contact you to let you know. Any missing items will be back-ordered and forwarded to you without further delivery charges as soon as they arrive. You reserve the right to cancel any back-ordered item at any time.
