Horn provides a 5-year warranty on its air-lifter and electric cabinets, including the Gemini XL.

Delivery will take up to 5 weeks. Quilt Direct will contact you with an indication of the delivery date once ordered. The team at Horn will contact you directly a few days before delivery to arrange a time. The Horn driver will set up your cabinet and check that your sewing machine is fitted into it for you.

Horn describes its service as white glove delivery: your cabinet is brought into your home, assembled, positioned and demonstrated before the team leaves.

Some heavier cabinets cannot be taken upstairs by the driver, and all deliveries to first-floor locations are at the driver's discretion. Some UK postcodes may be subject to an additional charge. If this applies, we will contact you to discuss it before proceeding.
