Reiko Kato is an internationally acclaimed Japanese quilter and disciple of Yoko Saito, known for her award-winning designs that blend American folk art with a distinctive Japanese sensibility. For best results, apply fusible web to the wrong side of your fabrics before cutting so the shapes are ready to fuse and stitch straight away.
