OESD StabilStick Cut-Away is a medium weight cut-away stabiliser with a light adhesive coating, designed for tightly woven, slippery fabrics with no stretch. The self-adhesive surface holds fabric securely in place without hooping, making it ideal for hard-to-hoop items such as collars and napkin corners, and for projects requiring multiple hoopings.
