Description
Reiko Kato is an internationally acclaimed Japanese quilter and a disciple of Yoko Saito, known for her award-winning designs that blend American folk art with a distinctive Japanese sensibility. With this die, you can appliqué charming woodland elements that echo her much loved style.
This die cuts cleanly through multiple fabric layers to create three uniquely shaped trees and two different stump designs, making it easy to add character and depth to quilts and fabric art projects. The shapes work beautifully on their own or can be coordinated with the GO! Small Houses by Reiko Kato (55387) to create a whimsical village scene. Alternatively, they offer plenty of scope for creating your own imaginative layouts.
For best results, apply fusible web to the wrong side of the fabric before cutting so the shapes are ready to fuse and appliqué straight away.
