Aurifil 12wt cotton thread is a heavy, chunky cotton thread that creates bold, highly visible stitch lines with beautiful texture. Its weight makes it ideal for big stitch hand quilting, decorative hand stitching, and broderie perse, as well as machine applications where a pronounced, statement stitch is the goal. Available in 325m large spools, 1750m large spools, cones, and variegated options, the 12wt range offers a wide colour palette including both solids and multicolours.

Recommended needle: 100/16 or 90/14 Topstitch.
