There are six different heart designs, each coming in 3 different sizes.

small sizes fit in a 4” (require a 100mm x 100mm hoop)
medium ones in a 6” square (need a 125mm x 135mm hoop),
large ones in a 12” square (require a 245mm x 265mm hoop).
