Olfa Rotary Ratchet Circular Cutter

The Olfa CMP-3 Rotary Ratchet Circular Cutter is a precision compass-style cutting tool designed to cut accurate circles from fabric, film, leather and other soft materials. Fitted with an 18mm stainless steel rotary blade, it produces smooth, clean cuts with excellent control.

A unique ratchet handle allows the cutter to work efficiently without continuous wrist rotation, significantly reducing strain during repeated use. Suitable for both right and left-handed users.
