Kingstar Metallic Thread is engineered for exceptional performance on both domestic and commercial embroidery machines. Crafted in Japan by FUJIX, it is celebrated for its smooth, trouble-free stitching — delivering a radiant metallic finish without the usual tangles, breaks or shredding that metallic threads are known for.

Each strand features a high-strength polyester core wrapped in rice paper and coated with a resilient metallic film. This innovative construction allows Kingstar to run just like standard embroidery thread, even at high speeds, while maintaining an elegant sheen and perfectly even stitches.

The 40 wt thread offers beautiful coverage and bold definition, making it ideal for lettering, borders, motifs and decorative embroidery. It performs brilliantly on medium to heavyweight fabrics, adding shimmer and depth to garments, home décor and quilting projects.
