Arrived quickly but no guide for cutting aperture for needle …. Impossible to cut neatly without leaving burs which caught on fabric rendering it useless. The needle then caught on the sheet when trying to remove it and ripped….. it was in the bin after the first attempt to use it …. Please don’t waste your money!

We are very sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with your Sew Steady Clear Advantage Glider Sheet, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been when it caught on the needle during your first attempt to use it.
You are quite right that cutting the aperture can be tricky without clear guidance, and we apologise that this information was not included with your sheet. The best method is to mark the position carefully first, we recommend using a craft knife rather than scissors to achieve a cleaner cut and avoid burrs catching on the fabric.
