    Excellent customer service

    I ordered this automatic needle threader as the one on the Bernina B70 machine that I had bought secondhand didn’t work. It was over the Christmas period and as soon as the staff returned from their break I received an email saying it was out of stock but they had ordered more, would I like a refund or was I happy to wait. I replied saying I was more than happy to wait. Within a couple of days of receiving that email I received another saying my order was on the way. I thought it was going to be several weeks not days. The broken threader was easy to remove by the two screws at the back and the new one screwed into its place. The quality is excellent and slotted straight through the needle first time and every time since. Highly recommend this wonderful company with its brilliant customer service.
