Mettler Polysheen 40wt Embroidery Thread

Mettler Polysheen is a 40wt trilobal polyester embroidery thread that delivers the beautiful sheen of rayon with the strength and durability of polyester. Colourfast and resistant to repeated washing and ironing, it is an excellent choice for digitised embroidery designs and satin stitch appliqué.

Available in 200m and 800m spools, including multi-colour variegated options, Polysheen is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. We recommend size 75/11 or 80/12 machine needles - Embroidery, Jersey, Quilting, or Universal - depending on the design and fabric type.
