    Amazing service!

    Recently bought this hoop & I'm really pleased with it ,it's so much easier to hoop items ! I had second to none help from the lovely Jo as I was struggling to update my machine ,she was very helpful & helped me over the phone to get the update done so I could use my new hoop ,all in all great customer service 👍
