Quilter's Rule ¼" Bird Bracket Chain

Create pointed bracket designs resembling birds in flight with the Quilter's Rule Bird Bracket Chain, designed by Ann McNew. Four design sizes on one template give you options for repeating chains, decorative borders and quilt-block motifs. Made from clear ¼" (6mm) acrylic, the template is suitable for high-shank, Bernina and longarm machines fitted with the appropriate ruler foot.

Repeat the bracket shapes for flowing borders or rotate them around a centre point to build floral and geometric designs. The classic version has standard markings; the newer version adds Fabric Gripping Action for stability and EZ2C lines for visibility across fabric colours and patterns.
