The Olfa 28mm Perforation Cutter is a compact rotary cutter designed for scoring and perforating paper, card, and lightweight materials with precision. Fitted with a 28mm tungsten steel perforating blade, it creates clean fold lines and perforated edges in a single pass. Suitable for both right and left-handed users.

Always use with a suitable rotary cutting mat. Replace blades regularly to maintain clean, accurate results. Replacement blades are available separately.
