Vlieseline Decovil is a firm, leather-like iron-on interlining designed to provide strong structure with a smooth, high quality finish. It is tear resistant, crease resistant and non-fraying, making it ideal for bagmaking, belts, hats and shaped accessories that require durability and long-lasting stability. Once fused, it offers a defined, professional feel while still remaining easy to cut and sew. A test piece is recommended in order to achieve the best finish for your chosen fabric.
