You can now make this classic Palm block without the hassle of foundation piecing, while still achieving beautifully sharp, picture perfect points. The AccuQuilt GO! Palm – 8" Finished Die delivers accuracy and consistency, helping you enjoy the construction process as much as the finished result.
Palm is a Block on Board® (BOB®) die, meaning it is specially designed to cut all the shapes needed for complete blocks in fewer passes. In a single pass through your GO! Fabric Cutter, the die cuts enough shapes to make two 3 colour, 8" finished blocks. With just two passes through the cutter, you can create one 16" finished, 3 colour Palm block, offering excellent flexibility for quilt layouts.
There are no templates to trace and no foundation paper piecing required. The die includes seven shapes that are traditionally difficult to cut by hand, each clearly labelled with screen-printed letters for straightforward piecing. Specially designed dog ears and built-in ¼" seam allowances ensure easy alignment and smooth, accurate sewing.
