At Quilt Direct, we want you to feel confident and inspired with your new machine. That is why we offer a free one to one “Set Up to Sew and Go” online session, helping you get started and enjoy your first sewing project with ease.

This personal session lasts up to one hour and covers the essential functions of your machine, including threading, basic operation and helpful tips for getting the best results.

Our studio is set on beautiful Dartmoor in Devon, with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing, golf and more to keep family members and non sewing partners entertained. We can also provide information on local holiday accommodation if required.

Bernette machines sold in the United Kingdom currently include a full 2 year warranty covering the whole machine. Full warranty details are provided with your machine, and as an authorised bernette retailer, Quilt Direct offers full support should you require assistance.

Your machine will be shipped via courier, we send out machines Monday to Thursday on a Next Working Day Delivery Service. Alternatively, you are very welcome to arrange to collect from the Studio.
