    Excellent Frame

    Although a little pricey, it pays dividends compared to other frames on the market. I am pleased I chose to buy Bernina and it has delivered on every aspect - whether cotton, organza or velvet its performance is faultless. I must say, that the magnets are extremely strong, so you have to perfect a way to get it lined up with the bottom hoop. I began to despair as its was such a challenge but searching through You Tube Videos, I found it could more easily be done if you position the top hoop like a page in a book against the embroidery module arm and then place it carefully onto the lower hoop. I say easily, practice is necessary for a few times to master it, but it works fine. My Bernina 770 machine also recognised the hoop size immediately.

    Bernina goods

    Magnetic hoop used once … pleased so far.

    790 plus not living up to the Bernina name.

    Disappointed with it lately. Had a word with engineer who was at Quilt Direct. He then rang Rick who didn’t seem to remember that he’d come down to aid an engineer some time last who was having problems with it.one afternoon. Though I’d sent off guarantee myself I still had to pay £70.

    Amazing service!

    Recently bought this hoop & I'm really pleased with it ,it's so much easier to hoop items ! I had second to none help from the lovely Jo as I was struggling to update my machine ,she was very helpful & helped me over the phone to get the update done so I could use my new hoop ,all in all great customer service 👍
