Great product, not such good packaging

This product is perfect for my purposes, but unfortunately fortunately it was roughly rolled, and not packed in a sturdy outer packaging, so the roll got flattened and the Kraft-Tex is badly squashed and it's been impossible to take out the creases.

Thank you, Josie, for your detailed and thoughtful feedback, and for explaining how you use Kraftex within your bookbinding course. It is always a pleasure to hear from experienced makers who share alternatives like this with their students.

We are sorry that the sheet arrived creased. Having reviewed this with our warehouse team, we understand that the Designer colours arrive from the supplier already flattened rather than wound onto a cylindrical tube, as with the plain sheets. That can, unfortunately, make them more prone to creasing in transit before we receive them.
As discussed, Kraftex can be ironed using a hot steam iron, and we very much hope this will ease the creases for you. If so, your idea of including a note with orders is an excellent suggestion and something we will seriously consider.
Thank you again for taking the time to share such constructive feedback and for your time and kind communication with us directly. It is greatly appreciated.
