OESD Fuse & Seal is a clear iron-on film that bonds badges, patches, and appliqués to fabric permanently, without sewing. When heated, it creates a strong, wash-resistant bond that holds through multiple launderings. It can also adhere to non-porous surfaces such as metal and wood.

Use the wool setting on your iron and allow 8-12 seconds for the design to fuse. Always pre-test on a scrap of your chosen fabric before applying to your final project.
