Air Threading Machines

Air threading overlockers use a jet of air to thread the loopers automatically, eliminating one of the most time-consuming aspects of setting up an overlocker. This makes them significantly faster and easier to rethread than conventional overlockers, particularly when changing thread colours or troubleshooting tension issues.

This collection includes the Bernina L850, L860, and L890 series, and the Bernette Airlock b64 and b68, all of which feature air threading systems. The L890 and L890QE Special Edition and the Bernette Airlock b68 are combination overlocker and coverstitch machines. All machines are supported by the Quilt Direct team, and mastery classes are available for those looking to get the most from their machine.
