Join our in-house bag making specialist tutor Jo for a series of four workshops designed to help you make beautiful, practical bags you’ll be proud to carry.
Jo’s passion for bag making shines through as she guides you step-by-step. She has handpicked four stunning patterns from popular designers Emmaline, Lavender & Twine, Shamballa Bags and Country Cow Designs – something to suit everyone’s style and skill level. We will start in October with Emmaline Tote, but you’re free to choose any of the other designs in subsequent sessions.
What You’ll Learn
Work at your own pace in a supportive, friendly atmosphere. You’ll gain confidence reading patterns, inserting zips and pockets, working with different fabrics, coordinating colours, adding hardware and more. Start a bag in one class and either continue in a later session or finish at home; it’s entirely up to you.

- Where: Our light, spacious studio at Quilt Direct, designed for comfort and creativity
- Duration: Four one-day workshops - this is the third in the series
