Saddle Bag Making Workshop

Saddle Bag Making Workshop

Following the success of last year’s course, our in-house bag making specialist Jo is back to run this two day workshop.    She will show you how to create this Emmaline mountain saddle bag which is a fresh take on a classic bag shape and comes in two finished sizes (mini and tall).    It features a nicely shaped side gusset, front flap with press lock closure with an adjustable shoulder strap, an internal zipper pocket and added strapping detail.   Depending on what fabric you choose to use (from tweed, cotton to leatherette) you will be able to produce a versatile bag for country living or sleek occasions.      The stabiliser also adds plenty of structure to a professionally finished bag.        A perfect tailor made gift or spoil for yourself!

This two day course runs from 10am to 4pm each day with refreshment breaks in the morning and afternoon and 1/2 hr for lunch where you can bring you own or purchase from our local cafe (charged).

The class has a maximum of 8 people to ensure you have the undivided attention of your tutor.
