BERNINA overlock machines, the specialist for creative sewing! Whatever your needs; highly stretchy seams in knitwear, fine rolled hems in lightweight fabrics or decorative flatlock seams in wovens or knits, coverstitch seams or chain stitching; this tuition class is for those wishing to unlock their creativity with their overlocker!
In this tutorial you will typically cover the following:
- Getting to know your machine
- Machine functions
- Stitch selection
- Needles, threads, threading the machine, and thread tension
- Functional functions
- Cutting
- Presser feet
- Parts and pieces
- Machine maintenance
Please note this is for L450, L460 and L850 machines only
This day runs from 10:00am - 16:00pm. There will be short breaks during the day and approximately 1/2 hr lunch break.
Please note: you are required to bring along your own overlocker machine to this class, and the cost includes a £10 admin fee which is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48hrs notice.
