Description
In this course, you will learn to master your BERNINA Sewing machine. Nestled in the heart of Dartmoor is our beautiful Bernina Studio. Come along and learn to care for your machine, and understand how to use speciality functions to customise your machine's settings to your needs. You'll learn to use the most essential utility stitches on your machine, such as straight stitches, overlock stitches, long stitches, blind hem, and buttonholes. In addition, you'll learn about the many creative options of your machine, including decorative stitches, combi mode, free-motion stitching, and more.
We will work step by step through hands-on activities from the My BERNINA Sewing Mastery Workbook, which will be provided for use on the day.
This day runs from 10:00am - 16:00pm. There will be short breaks during the day with approximately 1/2 hr lunch break.
Please note; that you are required to bring along your own machine to this class and the cost includes a £10 admin fee which is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48hrs notice. This class is suitable for 4 series machines upwards. For 3 series machines and older models please book that class.
