Fiskars 45mm Rotary Cutter & Ruler Combo. A new and easy way to make straight cuts easily, accurately, and safely. This tool is your 45mm cutter and ruler, so you can measure and cut up to 8 layers of fabric in one cut. A 12½" square ruler has angles for sub-cutting to create diamonds and triangles and is suitable for left or right-hand use.
Uses the Fiskars no-touch blade change system.
